Willard "Bill" Heath Sr.
Bill Heath founded Heath Engineering in Hialeah, FL in the early 1960s. Bill trained as a mechanical engineer in the U.S. Merchant Marines. His level of expertise in mechanical engineering and machining were unparalleled. Read on to get to know the team that continues to carry on the legacy he began over 60 years ago.
Willard "Billy" Heath Jr.
As the son of Bill Heath, Billy spent countless hours as a young boy learning the ins and outs of the industry, even standing on a milk crate to operate machines as his father's "right hand man".
In 1986, Billy founded Heath Corporation. He took the legacy of his father's machining skills and expanded the business through an innovative approach to CNC machine technology. By staying ahead of industry trends, Billy is proud to provide our clients with sophisticated, computer-aided designs, while ensuring that our focus on precision remains the same.
Willard "Trey" Heath III
Trey, the grandson of Bill and son of Billy, was raised in the machine shop, where he learned the trade and industry just like his father. During high school, Trey participated in the "On Job Training" program, which allowed him to earn school credits while working in the shop and honing his skills in the trade.
Today, Trey takes pride in our family legacy and the exceptional quality of work that we provide. With his dedication and expertise, we have been able to expand our business and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Trey is committed to providing excellent customer service and strives to exceed all expectations.
Kristiana Heath
Kristiana is an integral part of our team, bringing a strong commitment to refining our operations as our office administrator. As the daughter of Billy, and Trey's sister, she's part of the family! Kristiana is committed to helping us expand our offerings, strengthen relations, and help propel our business to new heights.

With the addition of Will, the grandson of Billy and son of Trey, we are looking forward to potentially welcoming a fourth generation of machinists.
